  • Draft, post, and refresh approved job requisitions across internal and external job platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized job boards
  • Generate standardized offer letter packages and initiate electronic signature workflows upon recruiter or hiring manager approval
  • Initiate and track pre-employment background checks and reference verifications, escalating discrepancies promptly to HR leadership
  • Partner with HR Operations and IT teams to ensure all new-hire paperwork, equipment requests, and initial orientation schedules are completed before start dates
  • Assist with active sourcing efforts by reviewing incoming resumes against requirements and sourcing passive candidates via professional networks
  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment events such as college recruiting fairs and virtual career events
  • Pull and analyze talent metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and offer acceptance rates to assist leadership reporting

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and candidate logistics
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a candidate-first service mindset
  • Outgoing, people-person personality, comfortable at job fairs and engaging with candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of basic background check and pre-employment screening processes
