A collaborative, team-oriented leader in the transport industry is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the team. This role blends strategic HR, operational execution, talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, and leadership coaching. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for serving as a trusted business partner to operational leaders across the business while helping shape the company's people strategy.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM or similar certification preferred
• Strong experience supporting operational or industrial environments
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders
• A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience in organizational development, succession planning and talent management
• Confidence making decisions in situations where there isn't always a perfect answer
