Job Description
A leading design and fabrication company is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee project execution across field operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in coordinating field-based projects. Working collaboratively, the new hire will drive project success by coordinating teams and vendors while ensuring alignment with project goals, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient execution in the field.

Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling, communication facilitation, and progress tracking.
- Define project scope and objectives and ensure project deliverables align with company and client goals.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Identify potential risks, proactively addressing bottlenecks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings
- Finalize deliverables, documenting processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, redline them as needed to determine updated location and materials.
- Communicate and facilitate quotes from 3rd party contactors and approve subcontractor invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or seven (7) plus years' experience in related field
- Seven (7) plus years' experience in managing projects in the field or remote office environment
- PMP certification is a plus
- Sage 50 experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Experience with Monday / Sage 50 / Access systems is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong capability of using available resources to complete tasks at hand
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings to determine materials, dimensions and specifications
- 60% Travel Required: Will require travel to client sites nationwide
