Job Description

A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join the team. This is an opportunity to lead warehouse and distribution operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, coordinating distribution and logistics, and leading, coaching, and developing the supply chain team.

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, and production capacity.
  • Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Supervise warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
  • Coordinate distribution and logistics, ensuring on-time and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and system transactions within ERP systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Sales, and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team, ensuring performance and engagement.
  • Ensure proper use of company resources and promote cost control initiatives.
  • Report deviations, risks, and operational issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant supply chain experience will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including S&OP, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-demand operational environments
  • Spanish - required
  • SAP experience required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Problem-solving and results orientation
  • Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
