A leading electrical engineering services company is seeking a Contract Review Specialist to support the review and organization of customer agreements. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in contract review or legal support and the ability to extract and document key contract terms with precision.

Salary + Additional Benefits:
$25-$30/hour
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Review existing customer contracts to identify and extract key provisions, including warranty language, terms, and requirements.
• Analyze agreements and pull relevant clauses based on provided guidance.
• Document findings in a structured format (Excel or similar tools) to ensure consistency and usability.
• Build and maintain an organized, centralized repository of contract data for stakeholder and shareholder reference.
• Work daily within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to manage and track contract information.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all contract documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to clarify requirements and maintain alignment.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and precision.
• Previous experience reviewing contracts or a background in legal support or contract administration preferred.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar data tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay highly organized
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
