• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing and communication materials.
• Periodically evaluate and refresh existing content to ensure continued relevance, accuracy, and search performance.
• Provide support for internal communications, website updates, and presentation materials as needed.
• Remain adaptable and responsive to time-sensitive projects and evolving business needs.
• Occasional travel (approximately 5–10%) may be required for interviews, events, or content development activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in professional copywriting, content marketing, or editorial roles
• Demonstrated experience producing business-focused content such as blogs, case studies, thought leadership, email campaigns, and social media materials
• Background supporting professional services, consulting, technology, or similar industries is advantageous
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content
• Familiarity with content strategy principles, including SEO best practices, audience targeting, and maintaining brand voice
