Type of Position: Contract
Hours of Operations: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-hour days)

Responsibilities:
* Assemble parts, components, electrical equipment, and subassemblies based on blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
* Install and secure piping, fixtures, wiring, electrical components, and related equipment.
* Assemble and wire switchgear, control panels, electrical equipment, and related components in electrical enclosures and systems.
* Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and instructions to correctly position and connect parts.
* Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment to perform assembly tasks.
* Conduct inspections, quality checks, and routine testing to verify proper assembly and operation.
* Troubleshoot assembly or wiring issues and implement necessary corrections.
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to meet deadlines and specifications.
* Follow safety procedures, electrical codes, and quality standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
* 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or electrical assembly experience preferred.
* Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
* Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly principles.
* Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 For advanced roles:
* 5+ years of electrical assembly, wiring, or electrician experience preferred.
* Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, standards, switchgear, control panels, and industrial electrical applications.
* Technical diploma or formal electrical training is a plus for advanced positions.
* CPIM certification is a plus.
