Our client, an expanding organization in the industrial equipment sector, is seeking a Claims & Warranty Manager to join their team. This role oversees warranty administration, OEM recovery programs, and claims management, ensuring compliance and maximization of recovery opportunities across the rental and fleet divisions.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

• $110,000-$120,000 + Discretionary bonus

• Manage all warranty claims for rental and fleet equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and submission
• Monitor claim aging and recovery performance, developing dashboards for tracking
• Ensure compliance with OEM warranty requirements and maximize reimbursement opportunities
• Review high-dollar repairs for warranty eligibility and reduce leakage and missed claims
• Standardize warranty documentation practices and conduct periodic audits
• Train service personnel on claim processes and maintain warranty records and reporting
• Collaborate with service, fleet, operations, and finance teams to support OEM audits and root cause analysis

• Minimum of 5 years of warranty administration experience, preferably in industrial equipment, construction, rental, or related sectors
• Strong understanding of OEM warranty processes and claims management
• Experience with MRP systems or analogous software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
