An established,  specialty finance company is seeking multiple REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team! As a CSR, you will be responsible for helping customers with questions regarding products and services.

Salary: $18.00/hr
Location: REMOTE (must live in Houston, TX)
Type: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:  

• Respond to high volume inbound/outbound calls
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their accounts
• Interact with selling agents on the phone and email
• Maintain organized and updated client files
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals
• Documenting all issues comments and resolutions in appropriate software system applications

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a call center environment
• High School diploma, GED Certificate or equivalency
• Must have high speed internet
• Must be able to work a full Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule in a quiet, focused environment.
• Spanish bilingual a plus
• Proficient in computer skills including typing and navigating Windows-based platforms and utilizing Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service and quality orientation
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
