Job Description
An established, specialty finance company is seeking multiple REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team! As a CSR, you will be responsible for helping customers with questions regarding products and services.
Salary: $18.00/hr
Location: REMOTE (must live in Houston, TX)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Respond to high-volume inbound/outbound calls
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their accounts
- Interact with selling agents on the phone and email
- Maintain organized and updated client files
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals
- Document all issues, comments and resolutions in appropriate software system applications
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
**Training will take place onsite in their Houston office.
**Must be able to come into the office occasionally for continued training and/or meetings.
