Job Description
A well-established company is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team. This role will partner closely with leadership and sales to coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, communications, website updates, and trade show support, while also helping lead day-to-day execution through a small internal team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support company objectives, strengthen brand awareness, and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team by establishing priorities, goals, project timelines, and performance expectations while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Own the marketing "rhythm" by managing the annual marketing calendar, active project list, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, track program expenses, evaluate ROI, and provide recommendations to optimize marketing investments.
- Partner with Sales and executive leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, lead generation, product awareness, and revenue growth.
- Oversee company branding and ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate on global branding initiatives, product launches, literature updates, customer success stories, and other corporate marketing initiatives.
- Direct digital marketing initiatives, including website management, email marketing campaigns, CRM programs, organic social media strategy, and lead generation efforts.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, product literature, flyers, presentations, videos, technical documents, and other digital and print materials while ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Review, edit, and approve marketing communications to ensure accuracy, quality, consistency, and alignment with company brand standards.
- Oversee the creation of press releases, customer case studies, white papers, executive communications, social media content, and other public relations initiatives.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, printers, digital vendors, and other external marketing partners to ensure quality execution and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead CRM and data-driven marketing initiatives by maintaining customer databases, supporting targeted campaigns, and leveraging analytics to improve marketing performance.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, website metrics, CRM data, and marketing KPIs, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Develop customer surveys and gather market feedback to identify business opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Evaluate trade show and industry event opportunities based on business objectives, strategic value, and return on investment.
- Oversee all aspects of trade show planning and execution, including budgeting, booth design, logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, shipping, and on-site support.
- Manage promotional merchandise programs, branded materials, business cards, and marketing inventory to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing, sales enablement, corporate communications, and strategic business initiatives.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including responsibility for marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development.
- Previous leadership experience required
- Experience within a corporate B2B industrial environment highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organization and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident communicator who can work with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat/Photoshop/InDesign) is a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed; comfortable supporting time-sensitive deadlines
