A well-established Houston-area manufacturing company is seeking a Floater to join the team. This is a temp-to-hire, on-site role supporting warehouse operations across multiple areas as needed. The Floater is responsible for assembling customer orders, verifying product quantities, and preparing shipments for packing or dispatch.

• Assemble customer orders from stock inventory.
• Place completed orders on pallets or in totes for processing.
• Move finished orders to packing or shipping stations.
• Mark materials with correct identifying information.
• Record received and distributed materials according to company procedures.
• Weigh or count items using calibrated scales to ensure accuracy.
• Use RF scanners to process and track orders.
• Assist across multiple warehouse areas as needed.

• Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Basic math and counting skills required
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials throughout shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Must maintain clean-cut appearance
