Job Description

A leading manufacturing company in the filtration industry is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between its employees and coordinators. The ideal candidate possesses manufacturing and production experience, strong leadership skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Adhering to quality standards, the new team member will drive operational excellence through effective communication and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.

Salary: $15/hr
Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

Ensure that production goals are met on time and to quality standards.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues and minimize downtime.
Train, coach, and mentor production staff to ensure a high level of performance.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety procedures and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bilingual Training will be done Monday through Friday for about a month from 8am to 4:30pm
Must know how to read tape measure
Manufacturing and production experience (not necessarily warehouse and forklift)
Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
