Job Description
A well-established construction & power systems equipment dealer is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to build strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate is a sales expert with exceptional customer service abilities. Through effective communication, the new manager will achieve revenue and profitability goals through strategic business development while maintaining strong client relationships and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the company as industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our customers.
- Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of product line, including features and benefits.
- Meet and exceed strategic sales goals.
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships.
- Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers.
- Develop equipment quotes, financing quotes, and other sales proposals as needed.
Requirements:
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Demonstrated ability to strategically attack a defined sales territory
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Knowledge of heavy equipment strongly preferred
- Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers strongly preferred
