Temporary HR Coordinator

Job Description
Salary: $30/hr+ DOE
Location: Houston, TX – Pearland or Galleria location
Position Type: Temporary - 1 month
Responsibilities:
- Review and screen incoming resumes for open positions.
- Conduct short phone interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and interest.
- Compile interview notes and share recommendations with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and updates within ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Support HR team members with administrative recruiting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required
- Prior HR or recruiting experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time and manage a fast-paced workload with minimal supervision
