A leading company in the legal industry is seeking a Tax Office Clerk to process and post payments accurately while supporting general administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.

Pay: $16/hr
Location: Richmond, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

Identify Payments for Posting (Bankruptcy, payment plans, re-sales).
Post Manual Payments.
Process correspondence (incoming, outgoing).
Scan/Upload to ACT.
Research information.
Input information
Filing.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication stills
General computer skills
A thorough understanding of property procedures and knowledge of ACT
