Job Description
A well-established swabbing services provider is looking for a Swabbing Operator to manage other personnel and maintain a safe working environment while operating the Swab Rig. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who knows swabbing and slick line operations. Working closely with customer representatives, the new team member will positively impact the business by ensuring safe, reliable, and quality service while maintaining productivity standards and following safety policies & procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure safe and complete load out for jobs, including responsibility for timely arrival of crew, safe travel to worksite, and meet client representative for pre- job review.
- Conduct pre-job safety meeting.
- Manage rig up / stabilize rig, assemble tools for planned operation.
- The company is dedicated to maintaining high productivity standards while following safety procedures for a safe working environment for all rig employees and adhering to all applicable governmental regulations for compliance. As a rig manager, will be expected to operate the rig and equipment, including the hoisting, well control, hydraulic, and power systems in accordance with company policy and safety requirements ensuring that quality products and services are provided to the customers.
- Initiate and maintain regular communication / reporting of job conditions and results with supervisor and clients.
- Manage Rig and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a positive work environment for the assigned rig crew, including training with regard to assigned duties on the rig.
- Report all incidents as per the standard operating procedures.
