Job Description

A worldwide property investment, development, and management firm is looking for a Social Media Manager to craft engaging content experiences and authentic stories to boost global interest in its brand. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of social media management and content creation. Collaborating with innovative leaders, the new team member will contribute to achieving the company’s strategic growth objectives by developing effective content strategies and enhancing talent recruitment and retention.

 

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and Execute Content Strategy: Generate and manage engaging content reflecting company brand ethos and business objectives across various social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Global Brand Integration: Act as the central point for coordinating social media activities across global and regional offices, maintaining consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, employing social listening and managing the firm's response to daily interactions, as well as in crisis scenarios.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize a metrics-driven approach to analyze social media performance, providing strategic insights and identifying content successes to inform ongoing social media practices.
  • Employee Advocacy: Cultivate a culture where employees actively participate as brand ambassadors, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance, tools, and training for effective social engagement.
  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects all the Social Media journey, from concept creation (written and visual) to distribution and performance analytics.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications from an accredited institution or similar work experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on social media management experience and content creation for a premium corporate brand and/or agency environment with B2B companies
  • Demonstrated experience managing large social and digital communities of a corporate brand with ease
  • Experience managing and growing a corporate LinkedIn channel is essential
  • High competence in writing and designing sophisticated, engaging social media content
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on corporate marketing department as a self-starter and executor
  • Premium brand or hospitality experience preferred
  • Real Estate / Financial Services experience is a plus
  • Show a portfolio of corporate brand work featuring creative writing and visual storytelling
  • Excellent design skills in creation of brand images, videos, motion graphics/animations, infographics et al
  • Ability to write relevant and actionable copy to increase engagement and awareness in our social media posts
  • Strong and practical knowledge of social listening and content scheduling solutions (i.e. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Excellent project management skills, managing multiple tasks and campaigns
  • Expert in using content creation and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Infogram)
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (native and third party) with the ability to create reports and presentations around metrics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
