Showroom Receptionist

Job Description
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25-28/hr

Location: Houston, TX – River Oaks
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and team members with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate a multi-line phone system to field and direct calls
- Coordinate internal events and ensure meeting rooms are ready and well-stocked
- Receive and manage incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain an orderly and presentable front desk area
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and preparation of documents
- Monitor and replenish office supplies in coordination with facilities
- Uphold visitor security procedures and log management in a CRM system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience within high end/luxury retail required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and CRM or visitor management software
- Experience coordinating travel or managing executive calendars is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
