Job Description

An established organization in the design and creative services sector is currently looking for a polished Showroom Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and contribute to smooth daily administrative functions. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a dynamic office environment. The selected candidate will create a welcoming experience for guests and colleagues, manage inquiries, support scheduling efforts, and ensure overall office efficiency by maintaining a clean workspace and handling essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and team members with professionalism and courtesy
  • Operate a multi-line phone system to field and direct calls
  • Coordinate internal events and ensure meeting rooms are ready and well-stocked
  • Receive and manage incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Maintain an orderly and presentable front desk area
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and preparation of documents
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies in coordination with facilities
  • Uphold visitor security procedures and log management in a CRM system

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience within high end/luxury retail required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and CRM or visitor management software
  • Experience coordinating travel or managing executive calendars is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
