Job Description
A leading provider of advanced engineering technology services is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage the accurate intake, inspection, and dispatch of goods and materials. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Working with minimal supervision, the new team member will contribute to operational efficiency by maintaining precise inventory records, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely shipments while upholding safety and quality standards.
Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: Houston, TX 77092
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Identify and receive goods / products.
- Goods out inspection.
- Conduct stock audits.
- Take photos of products.
- Coordinate with logistics companies to collect and ship goods / products. Generate shipping paperwork (Packing list / Commercial Invoices). Ensure all products are correctly allocated to the right locations. Load and unload shipments with forklift.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Follows processes and procedure
- Excellent computer skills are essential. (D365, Outlook)
- Able to be coached and learn company operating system
- Self-motivated
