Job Description
A large robot system integrator is looking for a Service Technician responsible for after-sales installation, commissioning, and acceptance of sold equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a mechanical or electrical engineering background and familiarity with the installation and commissioning process of robotic automation equipment. By effectively communicating and prioritizing operational efficiency, the new team member will play a key role in guaranteeing the reliability and functionality of equipment while upholding safety measures and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for after-sales installation, commissioning, and acceptance of sold
equipment. - Resolve technical issues during customer equipment usage, provide technical support and
training services. - Assist customers in equipment maintenance and ensure normal operation.
- Collect customer feedback, assist in improving product quality and service levels.
Requirements:
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering, familiar with the installation and
commissioning process of robotic automation equipment - Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in using related debugging equipment and tools
- Open to travel 50% +-
- Strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit
- Some understanding of Chinese would be a plus, but it is not mandatory
