Job Description

A successful luxury jewelry company has an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be patient, efficient, and have great attention to detail. This is a customer-facing position and will ensure all services are performed efficiently.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

$45,000-$60,000 + bonus
100% paid medical
401K - company match

Location: Metairie, LA
Type of Position: Direct hire

Responsibilities:

Provide a luxury client experience, ensuring a transparent flow of the service process from the point of take-in with the client, through delivery of the repair and post repair client follow-up.
Successfully complete all luxury brand training requirements relative to service work and all brand repair/service protocols & processes.
Provide answers to questions and inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and resolving immediate customer issues in person, via email or telephone.
Facilitate all in-store watch battery changes, band sizing, and bracelet adjustments
Work closely with the sales staff, vendors, shop and watchmaker, including all of the luxury brand service centers that may be involved in the repair service processes.
Communicate service estimates to clients in a timely and customer friendly manner.
Assist on sales floor in our retail showroom as needed.
Review all repairs for Incoming Service Procedure compliance & pricing.
Review quotation accuracy and/or draft estimate. Quality control on all repairs.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in luxury retail and or luxury watch/jewelry industry
Demonstrated ability to communicate and multitask within a fast-paced environment
Excellent service skills and passion for providing clients a personalized luxury experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be available to work: Tuesday - Friday from 9:00am – 6:30pm, Saturday from 9:00am-5:30pm
