Job Description

Location: Houston, TX 77040 - onsite
Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary call taker for service requests via phone and email.
  • Monitor emails and after-hours voicemail. Log calls and respond to clients.
  • Assign technicians to service calls.
  • Follow up with customer following service and close out ticket.
  • Check billable tickets for accuracy and process invoice, scan monthly.
  • Communicate with clients regarding estimates / inspections.
  • Send documents and contracts to accounting as needed.
  • Support Dispatcher as needed with communication to techs and leadership.
  • Back up Dispatcher during absence.
  • Attend all company and departmental meetings.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of clerical and customer service experience in an office environment required.
  • Strong MS Office skills with the capability to catch onto new software.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication and time management skills required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple priorities.
