Job Description

A fast-growing franchise management solution provider is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its innovative team. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer with a deep understanding of full stack development and a passion for building and enhancing cutting-edge tools. Working in a collaborative environment, the new developer will take ownership of projects, drive task completion, and contribute to the growth of the company by leading teams and implementing solutions that support clients' franchise operations.
        
Salary + Additional Benefits: 
  • $100,000+, depending on experience

Location: Pearland, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities: 
  • Work on brand new development and enhancements on new products and services for clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related program strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of full stack development experience
  • Planning and task management (scrum, agile, etc.)
  • Work in a team
  • Strong problem solver
  • Positive attitude
  • Startup mentality 
  • Own and take responsibility of tasks, timelines, and getting the job done
  • Effective communication of time estimates for project delivery, questions and concerns, and bridge abstract coding concepts into real world explanation and conversation with stakeholders/end users
  • Ecommerce, secure payments, basic accounting, CRM concepts
  • Small business and franchising experience a plus
  • Platforms, Tools, and APIs/services: Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio, Mailchimp, Azure (App Services, Blobs, Queues, Service Bus, Functions [NB3], SQL, App Insights, AD/B2C), Azure DevOps (Git source control, CI/CD, agile project management), NPM, AngularCLI
  • Frameworks: Angular 6+, ASP.NET (Core Preferred)
