Job Description
A fast paced, high-growth automotive company is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment, is a problem solver and well versed in general accounting functions. Responsibilities
- Assist with reconciliation of statements on multiple locations.
- Assist with all accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger and statements.
- Prepare journal entries and post to the GL.
- Assist leadership with consolidations to support month-end, quarter end and year-end accounting close.
- Support department and field personnel with various accounting questions and issues.
- Assist with audits and reporting functions.
- Special projects as requested by management.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Business or Finance required.
- 5 years + years of related accounting experience required.
- Experience working in a fast paced, multi-location environment.
- Proficiency in accounting and tax preparation software.
- Well versed in MS Office 365, G-Suite
