Job Description
A fast-growing glass fabrication company is seeking a Sales Representative to expand its client base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B sales professional with a background in the glass or construction industry. Communicating effectively, the new team member will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting the company’s growth.
Salary: $60,000-$72,000 + Commission

Responsibilities:
- Involve fieldwork and focus on B2B sales targeting glazing shops, contractors, and potentially large vendors like Home Depot.Â
- Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities for a company, including researching potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, analyzing market trends, creating sales proposals, and closing deals to generate new revenue streams
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients to understand their needs and build trust
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Tracking and managing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and opportunity progression.
- Travel throughout Houston
Requirements:
- At least two years of sales experience, preferably in the glass or construction industry, and a college degree
- Experience hunting, new business development
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing the sales cycle
- Ability to gather and analyze data to inform strategic decision
- Tracking and managing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and opportunity progression.
- Open to travel throughout Houston
