Responsibilities:Â
- Achieve sales goals, through collaboration with Management, Inside Sales, Application Engineering internal teams, via market penetration, grow existing accounts, and/or establish new business accounts.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge to assess the potential application of products, recommending solutions that meet customer needs, and advance the sales process.
- Develop business plans, provide feedback regarding current and potential customer needs, competitive offerings, pricing strategy, and initiatives to drive profitable growth.
- Actively pursue prospects and qualify leads in the development of new business opportunities.
- Develop opportunities to promote the organization to new customers to meet strategic growth objectives.
- Partner in the customers development/validation processes; guide product specification and selection process.
- Meet (in-person and virtually) existing and potential customers, present product information, quotations, and proposals during various stages of the sales process.
- Interface with various customer departments on a technical level, including Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Project Team, and top management.

- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Oil and Gas, Waterjet, Hydrogen, and Aerospace industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore new markets for high-pressure technology.
- Establish and develop sales and service offices in various regions to improve customer support and service.
- Expand collaboration with existing dealers and partners, as well as acquire new distribution channels.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer needs analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely within the company group to support the product management, development, and customer service to meet customer-specific requirements and further develop products.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote the company's profile.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, with a minimum of five years of customer-facing sales experience, preferably in distribution
- Possess and/or acquire high pressure technology products or related (pneumatic pump booster and amplifier) technology knowledge. Relevant technical sales experience in similar positive displacement pump areas will be considered
- High pressure technology products or related industries, preferably in the oil and gas, waterjet, hydrogen, or aerospace sectors
- Proven track record in building and leading sales teams, as well as achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- High level of customer orientation, teamwork, and entrepreneurial thinking
