Job Description
A fast-growing company specializing in warehouse storage systems is seeking a Sales Director to drive new business and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a strong industry network. Working cross-functionally, the new leader will drive rapid growth by leveraging existing relationships and building a robust sales pipeline while closing high-value deals and aligning solutions with customer needs.

Responsibilities:Â
- Drive new business development and manage the full sales cycleÂ
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities within the industrial, warehousing, and logistics sectors
- Leverage existing customer network to generate leads and build a robust pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals, technical presentations, and competitive positioning
- Provide market intelligence on competitors and customer trendsÂ
Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B industrial sales
- Proven experience selling shuttle cars, automated storage systems, or related warehouse automation equipment.Â
- Strong existing customer relationshipsÂ
- Proven success and track record of closing dealsÂ
- Familiar with the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing)
- Solution selling capability
- Industry Background: Warehouse Automation / ASRS / Shuttle / Conveyor / WMS Cold Storage / Industrial Warehouse / Design-Build / General Contractor (GC) Material Handling Industry
- Business Development – Cold calling, reaching C-level executives
- Network Conversion – Turning relationships into projects
- Business Acumen – Understanding ROI, cost structures, density
- Self-motivation – Able to build pipeline from scratch with minimal resources
- Comfortable with a "startup" environment in the U.S.
- $300K+ project experience
- Owns customer relationships
