Job Description
One of the leading companies in the trucking industry is looking for a self-motivated Sales Associate to be part of its Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with effective objection-handling and closing skills. Interacting with customers, the new team member will help meet & exceed sales goals by consistently meeting expectations while building strong client relationships and following company policies & procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads received via phone calls, digital leads, and on-site customer visits.
- Interact and assist customers while on the sales lot.
- Engage anyone in conversation and build last relationships.
- Assist in creating and being part of videos for our website & social media.
- Demonstrate effective objection handling and closing skills.
- Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
- Meet & exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales goals.
- Utilize sales systems, i.e., CRM, DMS, Phone System, & Microsoft Office.
- Consistently meet expectations through teamwork, respect, and willingness to help & support others.
- Complete and stay updated on training materials.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous vehicle or heavy equipment sales experience not required but is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills; a positive attitude and eager to learn
- Ability to get along with broad customer base
- High energy, self-starting & highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated “closing skills”
- Ability to open & close truck hoods
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+, bend & stoop
