Job Description
A well-established retail and distribution company in the oil & gas industry is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate knows office administration and is familiar with CRM systems and sales best practices. Communicating effectively, the new member will improve business efficiency by providing comprehensive support to the team with the highest level of accuracy, coordination, and organizational effectiveness.

Location: New Caney, TX
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Assist Inside Sales efforts with the daily administration of the department by fulfilling specific tasks and administrative support.
- Assist in the compilation of sales quotes.
- Assist sales representatives with organizing and prioritizing incoming/outgoing requests for quotations.
- Responsible for data entry into CRM & Sales/Inventory Management systems.
- Perform other clerical duties as directed by the Inside Sales team.
- Manage filing.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to type well
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
