Job Description
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, customer service oriented, and have strong communication skills!
Pay: $20-23/hr
Location: Long Term Contract
Type of Position: NW Houston, TX 77086
Responsibilities:
- Listen to or read transcripts of inside sales calls to ensure adherence to sales scripts and procedures.
- Identify key points where sales representatives need improvement, such as missed questions, lack of detail, or missed opportunities.
- Provide actionable feedback to sales reps to improve their performance and align with the company's sales strategies.
- Document feedback and track progress of sales reps over time.
- Reach out to customers after calls to follow up on the call and gather feedback.
- If the project was not secured, professionally inquire about the reasons, documenting the feedback for future reference.
- Maintain records of all follow-ups calls and track outcomes in a CRM system.
- Provide insights to the sales team about customer objections or reasons for not moving forward to help improve future sales efforts.
- Assist in refining the sales script and process based on feedback from call reviews and customer follow-ups.
- Work with management and the sales team to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Offer recommendations on how to improve conversion rates and address common customer objections.
- Generate and maintain reports on call performance, customer feedback, and sales outcomes.
- Share insights with management to help drive strategy and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support, with an understanding of sales processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze calls or transcripts and identify areas for improvement.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and gathering feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive and motivating manner.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
