Salary + Additional Benefits:Â
- $85,000-$100,000 + Commission

Location: Charlotte, NC
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify and research potential commercial clients (building owners, property managers, facility managers, developers, etc.) through cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine potential fit for company services.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all lead-generation and qualification activities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand outreach and generate leads.
- Professionally represent the company, showcasing expertise and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Conduct initial consultations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting services and value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the estimating department to ensure accurate proposals are prepared.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience; construction, trades, or facility services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and competitive drive
- Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to understand general plumbing products and services
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
