Job Description

A globally recognized provider of specialized pipeline solutions is seeking a Business Development / Account Manager to drive growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with experience in sales and account management within the oil and gas or industrial sector. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the new hire will contribute to business expansion by proactively engaging with clients, promoting products and services, and supporting continued growth while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and strengthen company presence across the US market. 
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets through networking, research, and relationship-building. 
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in executing business development strategies and achieving company sales objectives. 
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations in response to client requests. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote company capabilities and build brand awareness. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and projects) to ensure customer expectations are met and project delivery aligns with scope and quality standards. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within CRM systems (Salesforce, AX, or equivalent). 
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. 
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager on key activities, forecasts, and pipeline developments.

Requirements:        
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the oil and gas or related industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of pipeline operations, isolation, and integrity markets
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to hydraulic and mechanical systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
  • Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and commitment to teamwork
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous
