Territory Sales Manager
Job Description
A growing mobility products company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead and develop its field sales efforts across Texas and expand to other US regions. This is a newly created role designed for a self-driven, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a build-from-the-ground-up environment. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on field sales with managing and supporting a small team of part-time sales representatives, while helping shape sales processes, territory strategy, and go-to-market execution in the US.
Salary: $72,000–$90,000 base DOE + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$150,000)Â
Location: Remote and Texas-based (DFW strongly preferred)Â

Responsibilities:Â
- Manage, coach, and support a team of part-time field sales representatives across multiple U.S. territories.Â
- Own and develop the Texas market initially, with responsibility for expanding into additional regions over time. Â
- Actively engage in field sales activities, including prospecting, dealer visits, product demonstrations, and closing new accounts.Â
- Build and strengthen dealer and retail channel partnerships, including bike shops, mobility retailers, and other emerging sales channels.Â
- Establish territory plans, sales goals, and performance expectations for assigned regions and team members.Â
- Travel regularly to meet with dealers, key accounts, and strategic partners, including occasional travel outside of Texas.Â
- Identify and pursue key regional and national accounts, including larger retail and distribution opportunities.Â
- Improve and formalize sales processes, including lead tracking, reporting, and CRM implementation.Â
- Collaborate with leadership to provide market feedback, sales forecasts, and insights to support U.S. growth strategy.Â
- Perform additional duties and special projects as needed in a fast-growing and evolving sales organization.Â
Requirements:Â
- 5+ years of experience in field sales, outside sales, or business development; experience in mobility, biking, durable goods, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage a defined sales territory
- Prior experience managing or mentoring sales team members is preferred but not required
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in the field while also collaborating with a remote leadership team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% of the time
- Experience using CRM systems or willingness to help implement and optimize sales tracking tools
