Job Description

A world-class manufacturer and distributer of tubular products is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager responsible for business development, sales, marketing, and developmental activities. The ideal candidate is a sales expert who knows marketing & business development best practices. Reporting to the Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing, the new leader will achieve sales growth objectives by developing an effective business development strategy while maintaining continuous improvement and customer relationships in compliance with company policies & processes.
                                               
Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $90,000-$100,000

Location: Downtown Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for business development, sales, marketing, and developmental activities for company’s rapid and robust growth.
  • Responsible for budgeting & sales revenue based on agreed business plans.
  • Build strong relationship with key clients, authorities, and other stakeholders at the highest level.
  • Responsible for team building.
  • Negotiate and close orders.
  • Oversee all offers being made to customer.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective handling of customer complaints and their redressal.
  • Ensure effective supervision and execution of contracts.
  • Support pre-qualification activities with new oil & gas companies.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience with piping/tubular products
