Location: San Antonio, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:Â
- Lead the regional service operations as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless execution of company strategies across multiple locations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance versus plan, maintaining or exceeding budgeted financial targets.
- Oversee operational processes, customer relationships, and regional service delivery to drive efficiency and quality.
- Assess business operations, analyzing people, processes, and technology to provide recommendations for maximum optimization.
- Lead regional leadership teams in policy, procedure, and operational excellence.
- Utilize data and insights to drive strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and financial performance enhancements.
- Oversee fractional partnerships, training programs, customer contracts, and agreements within the region.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive company growth, stability, and market leadership.
- Evaluate and optimize service operations by developing new policies and procedures, establishing regional goals, conducting audits, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Play a key role in shaping the regional team’s vision by enabling them to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance regional performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in service-based industries, preferably plumbing, mechanical, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a multi-site service organization with a strong track record of business growth
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in business operations, service management, or related fields will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience analyzing financial and operational data to drive business decisions
- Ability to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in business reporting, process improvement, and operational strategy
- Ability to present information effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels
