Job Description
A health care company in the Uptown area of Houston is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join their team. This is a fully onsite position and will be the face of the company.

- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound phone calls.
- Greet candidates and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Distribute, accept, and process employment applications.
- Review applications to confirm minimum qualifications are met.
- Communicate candidate status and updates with the Director of Recruiting.
- Provide general information to candidates regarding the hiring process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle heavy inbound call volume
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time
- Basic administrative or front desk experience required
