Job Description

A well-established company is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Houston. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a corporate office setting.

Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $50,000-$55,000

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors.
  • Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Manage conference room calendar.
  • Order office supplies and groceries for the office.
  • Maintain inventory and stock (office supplies, groceries, etc.).
  • Stock refrigerators/kitchens daily.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Schedule conference rooms.
  • Maintain and update Houston office phone list.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of receptionist experience in a corporate office.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Adept at learning new technologies.
  • Comfortable working independently or collaborating with a team for special projects.
  • Must be customer-service-oriented, friendly, and professional at all times.
