Responsibilities:Â
- Oversee all phases of project lifecycles, from initiation to close-out.
- Manage the rollout of community Wi-Fi, managed network services, and smart-home devices (cameras, smart locks, thermostats) for multifamily properties.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage exterior general contractors.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
- Prepare project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and post-project evaluations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the multifamily real estate sector
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- PMP or other relevant certification preferred
