Job Description
A leading provider of specialized metal finishing services is looking for a Project Coordinator to maintain and improve metal finishing processes to ensure its operations’ highest quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical expert in the operation and maintenance of electrochemical process tanks. Working closely with the production team, the new member will develop and implement process improvement strategies to drive productivity, quality, and safety while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production team to ensure processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot process issues to improve product quality and yield.
- Conduct training for operators and other employees on new processes and equipment.
- Work with team to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in metal finishing or related industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of electrochemical process tanks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and respect for environmental, health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with process optimization and improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
