Salary: $95,000-$100,000
Discretionary annual bonus
Location: Houston, TX – Downtown/Galleria
Type of Position:Â Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
- Lead project management for professional development programs in collaboration with clients, overseeing execution and day-to-day operations.
- Develop and monitor program work plans, facilitate meetings, and manage deliverables for professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create scope of work documents and project plans in the project management system.
- Analyze client assessment and tracking data, and compile reports in Excel.
- Manage client information in the CRM system, including uploading and maintaining client lists.
- Design and distribute surveys, ensuring data is captured and tracked efficiently.
- Provide logistical and administrative support, including scheduling meetings and assisting with program materials.
- Review final deliverables for formatting, accuracy, and compliance with brand and program guidelines.
- Prepare presentation materials, handouts, and follow-up resources for training and workshops.
- Coordinate multiple virtual and in-person training and coaching programs, handling scheduling, invitations, material revisions, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support during live webinars and workshops, and assist with client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and creative problem-solving.
- Assist facilitators with administrative tasks, such as capturing participant feedback and distributing materials.
- Support various digital meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams) and learn new platforms as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Manage client onboarding and support throughout project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementation of professional development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a professional or educational setting
- Experience in curriculum development or facilitating training programs is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management software
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms, including Zoom and Teams
- Strong passion for learning and development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
