Job Description
A leading chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Production Team Lead – Powder Division (2nd Shift) to oversee daily packaging operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with prior packaging or warehouse experience and strong decision-making skills. Working with autonomy, the new hire will support production goals by operating packaging equipment, supervising process helpers, and managing material movement while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Salary: $20/hr

Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities:
- Operate pailing, jugging, dry packaging and other packaging equipment.
- Supervise assigned process helper(s) to maximize productivity.
- Operate forklift as well as smaller motorized and manual hand trucks.
- Store and retrieve materials located within the warehouse.
- Maintain work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow direction
- 2+ years previous packaging lead experience in warehouse/ manufacturing environment
- Display quick decision-making skills and excellent judgement
- Ability to follow direction
- Ability to walk, climb, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds on regular basis
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
