Job Description

A well-established boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide essential support in probate, guardianship, and estate planning matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and highly skilled in managing sensitive legal processes while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.

Salary + Additional Benefits:
  • $26–29/hr DOE

Location: Spring, TX – On Site
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, and related documents in probate and guardianship cases.
  • Assist with estate planning document preparation, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Manage case files, maintain deadlines, and ensure compliance with court requirements.
  • Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparation.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in probate and guardianship law (required)
  • Experience in estate planning strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office Suite, and case management systems
  • Paralegal certificate a plus, not a requirement
