Location:Â Northwest Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Shift: M-F 8:30am-6:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process a high volume of orders with extreme accuracy.
- Provide exceptional, professional customer service and support.
- Develop a strong rapport with customers.
- Perform general copying, filing, and other office duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; Associate’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Extremely accurate data entry
- 10-key experience required
- Ability to memorize numerous order codes for data entry
- Superior phone and communication skills
- Strong ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work well with co-workers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Professional maturity, consistent track-record, and strong interpersonal skills
