Job Description

A well-established manufacturer is seeking a skilled Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager will have a hand in a variety of duties including inventory, AP/AR, shipping, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to pitch in and help where needed and be a team player!

Responsibilities:
  • Receptionist duties to include answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages when necessary.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Maintain and organize all computerized shared network files to include scanning of file folders.
  • Box up all files yearly to condense space to include maintaining list of files sent to offsite storage.
  • Responsible for assisting different departments whenneeded.
  • Printer/copier management
  • Perform Full cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties.
  • Maintain open purchase order files.
  • File for credit terms with suppliers.
  • Maintain and renew all company insurance policies.
  • Manage trade show booking and coordination.
  • Maintain marketing materials, inventory, and ordering.
  • Perform inventory management utilize an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Prepare purchase orders and request status updates.
  • Book supplier shipments.
  • Responsible for booking customer shipments including international shipments.

Requirements:
  • Must have at least 8 years of similar experience within an office environment
  • 2- or 4-year degree required
  • Strong tenure with past companies required.
  • Office Management and AP/AR experience required.
  • Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Must have QuickBooks Desktop experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in office Monday-Friday
