Job Description

A well-established, family-owned company in Kingwood is seeking an Office Clerk to assist with order entry, customer service and various other tasks.

Location: Kingwood, TX 77339
Pay: $18-20/hr DOE
Type: Temp / 20-30 hours a week

Responsibilities:
  • Receive orders via web system and input into system.
  • Follow up with divisions and warehouse on order shipments and issues.
  • Data entry into MS Excel sheets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Update office SOPs.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

 Requirements:
  • 2+ years of clerical experience within an office environment
  • Working experience in MS Office (Excel)
  • Type a minimum of 50 WPM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
