Job Description

Busy specialty maintenance services company in West Houston is seeking an Office Clerk candidate to join their team on a temp to hire basis. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties assisting in the Accounting department.

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00/hour
Location: Houston, TX 77024

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounting department in high volume scanning of invoices.
  • Perform heavy, detailed data entry.
  • Filing documents.
  • Reviewing invoices and documents for accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Spanish bilingual preferred.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Self motivated, organized, able to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
