Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary greeter or face for our clients.
- Assist the professional teams with day-to-day tasks, including editing contracts, order, and track supplies.
- Maintain the office calendar and support our Office Manager.
- 3-5+ years minimum of admin office experience within a professional settingÂ
- Positive attitude, welcoming & friendly, outgoing mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Reliable, professional, punctual, and patient
- Proactive, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent references
- Additional skills that will set you apart –
- Accounting or Marketing experience
- Familiarity with Deltek software, and or AIA Contract Documents
- Experience in an architect’s office
