National Support Manager

Location: Pearland, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
- Develop and lead training programs for technicians across franchise locations.
- Ensure consistency and high standards in technical skills and customer service.
- Conduct onsite visits to franchise locations for performance audits.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to franchisee questions and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to address and resolve issues.
- Possess experience running a business, preferably as an owner or manager in the plumbing or HVAC industries.
- Apply business acumen to provide strategic guidance and support to franchisees.
- Willing to travel approximately 20% of the time across the United States to specified locations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Word and other relevant software.
- Utilize technology to enhance communication and support processes.
- Exhibit strong presentation skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and building positive relationships.
- Proven experience in a business management role, ideally in plumbing or HVAC industries
- Strong understanding of technical aspects related to plumbing services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a support team
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment
