Job Description

Our firm is working on an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing eco-friendly transportation company. The product, a direct to consumer (DTC) high-performance vehicle, continues to grow in popularity among celebrities and enthusiasts.

The Marketing Manager will be focused on the strategy and implementation of  their organic social media and community engagement. This position is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Location: Austin, TX or Remote

Salary: $80,000 + DOE

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to drive the company’s revenue goals
  • Create and execute targeted marketing programs utilizing a mix of marketing initiatives
  • Proactively engage with internal teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Track general business indicators including industry trends, competitor’s marketing, and sales activities
  • Create emails, blogs, and social content for both broad and persona-based audiences
  • Manage,  develop and implement social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Optimize and filtrate upper funnel campaigns
  • Grow a following and keep them engaged while learning from and leveraging audiences for content
  • Create a unique, but unified, voice for each platform

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a standalone Marketing Manager within a small company.
  • 5+ years’ experience in paid digital media/paid social media, SEO/SEM and content marketing / brand storyline
  • Bachelor’s  degree in marketing or a related field
  • Ability to successfully work remotely
  • Experience working with eComm and/or D2C brands
  • Experience in managing teams, delegation, and implementing structure remotely with a team of freelancers
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube+ and other social media best practices with a strong understanding of KPIs
  • Ability to work well with other marketing teams, such as video and design
  • Strong focus and ability to hit ROAS
  • A background  in owning and managing a budget, forecast, goals, and communicating those across the organization
  • A background  in maximizing monthly growth by hitting spend, CPA, and ROAS targets for each platform
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo (or similar), Sprout Social, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
  • Data-driven and comfortable with analytics
  • Enjoys being highly collaborative and working in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
  • Impeccable oral & written communication skills
  • Data driven mindset
