A well-established real estate company is seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Design Coordinator to support its brokerage and marketing initiatives. This position combines material design and marketing coordination, playing a key role in the creation of visual materials and the execution of marketing campaigns to promote property listings and company branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, offering memorandums, digital graphics, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Manage marketing efforts for new and existing property listings, including scheduling, production, and distribution.
• Update and maintain property listings across internal systems and third-party platforms (e.g., company website, real estate databases, listing services).
• Edit and enhance photos and visual assets for use in marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with brokers and team members to translate ideas and feedback into compelling graphic content.
• Conduct market and demographic research, and generate reports using data analytics tools.
• Ensure all materials align with brand standards and are delivered within established deadlines.
• Coordinate signage orders and installations for property listings.

• A degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Effective communication skills—both written and verbal—and a strong eye for design
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite
